Hi everyone! I hope your all doing okay. I have been off for a while. So busy the last few weeks. I wanted to update some of you that have read and responded to my post about the issues I have been experiencing with my spouse. Well, I finally got him to comply with me on me having to be on my diabetic medication and going to the Dr. I told him the complications that are affecting me, and that if I had the right meds and such, I could cope with this so much better, and I wouldn't be so grouchy sometimes. The next day, after I guess he thought about it, made him realize that I was right. He told me to make an appointment with the Dr. I did. I went to the Dr. last week. I told him that my blood sugar was staying up in the 3 and 4 hundred range. So he put me on a new medication, (glibride) not gliburide,…This has helped me this week. I saw for the first time in months my BS was down to 113 and staying between 138. So I am doing much better. I have lost 50 lbs, and finally under the 200 lb range! I am doing it by exercising and diet. Exercise and sweating are the basics for loosing weight. I have been doing kickboxing and Tae Bo. Best thing to is to stay on your medications and don't miss a day.
