Ok I have a question about food that you buy at stadiums, arenas, etc. What do you think would be a good option?
I have been so good with my diet, exercising, and taking my medicine and I have good control. So I thought that I would give myself a little treat tonight when we go to a hockey game.
Does anyone know how many ounces are in a regular size bag of cotton candy? From what I can tell, there are about 28 carbs in 1 ounce.
How about the popcorn? Really bad?
Any suggestions on how I can treat myself without getting TOO far into the danger zone??
