Could I get a book to log my readings? I have an old BP log that is not really appropriate.

Generally, the meter that you have should come with a booklet. All I do is write or call the makers of my meter and ask for additional books. There is usually not a problem getting them.

Also as Turtle said, you have a log book here on your profile page. You can keep it private or share with the community. We are hoping to add more thing to the log in the future, so if you want more things to keep track, let us know.

There is a place in your own spot where you sign in that you can log your numbers. It is private. No one else can see it. Good luck

The log book in this app is great and easy to use. If you have an iPhone or smartphone, you can download diabetic connect app. You can record your blood sugars and not have to carry desperate log and pen!! It's great help.

Yes you can use what ever you like. I us the log on here, I also have a spread sheet I use, for my readings, but also for my BP, Weight and daily walking miles. I only test my sugar twice a day, I know it's a lot less than most people but I'm well controled so far. Just try diffferent things until you find one that works best for you.
Take care and have a wonderful day

You have a great program going for you. If I were as active as you, the emdr's would have to scrape me up off the floor

Thanks, but the walking is mostly at work and taking care of the 2 horses we have… makes for long days, but it's not bad…
Thanks and have a safe and wonderful evening… :)

Go to your profile page and to the right of your icon you'll see a line which has a link saying "log book" See if that might be of use to you.
