Hi Kabayan, have you seen a doctor yet about this? You can ask on HealthTap as well. I use it to ask medical questions and get free advice from doctors who can also be rated. You can read about it here .

Thanks for the reply Gab! Im in control. It is not about my hours of sleep? Cause i only have 4-5 hrs of sleep..

Hmmm, often shorter hours of sleep cause people to gain weight, not loose it. Have you had your thyroid checked out or other endo concerns?

Are your sugars in control? Sometimes weight loss is a symptom that leads people to get tested. If you are still loosing weight without wanting to, you may want to talk to your doctor about that. We don't want you wasting away.

Yes, your blood sugars may be really high. Do you have a way to test ?
A week or two before I was diagnosed with T1, 37 years ago, I would lose 7 pounds after a heavy workout, and my blood sugars were sky high.
You really need to get checked out by an Endocrinologist.
You mentioned above " I am in control" How do you know that you are in control ?
In other words by what criteria are you using to be able to say "I am in control" ?
