On this website there is an ad for Novo Max Plus meter that test your blood glucose and your ketones. It is free. I have no health insurance and was able to get this meter. Yesterday I got an email for a health card that I can print that will allow me to purchase the strips for it for $20.00 per box and it is good at Wal-Mart, CVS and Walgreens. You can call them at 1-800-681-7390 or visit www.novacares.com
