I have been T2 diabetic for 9 yrs. I was successful using diet and exercise for years then 2 bad knees cut down the exercise big time. The dr.s treating me tried various pills found quickly that every pill they tried just made me sick. Very sick.

So, about a year ago, when my diabetes spiriled way out of control and I was hospitalized, I was put on novolin r insulin, used per sliding scale before meals and before bedtime.

Here is my question, finally: Sometimes, after I use my insulin, about 30 - 45 min. later, I get really really hungry. Does anyone else experience this? What do you do? I check to see if I have dropped too quickly and usually, the answer is no.

Thank you for reading,
