Has anyone bought test strips at Amazon.com? I have been thinking of buying them there as I don't have health coverage that covers the test strips. The thing I don't like is that they don't tell you the experation date of them before you buy them.

I tried to load that web page but could never get it. I ordered the Nova Max meter and then bought test strips from Amazon.com and got them for under $20.00 with a expiration date of August 2013. I am real happy with that meter and strips.

I have insurance, but my doctor wrote my prescription for test twice a day and I test a lot more than that so I end up running out before I can get more thru my insurance. To buy the strips for my meter locally would cost me anywhere from $65 to $85 per box of 50.
I buy the same strips from Amazon for $26.
I have never had any problems. I receive them in just a few days, in great condition and the expiration date has always been about a year away. ;-)

What was the ship from company at Amazon that you used. There are so many different ones to use. There are alot of good and also bad reviews.

I do not have insurance either. I have bought tons of test strips on EBay.
But never from Amazon.

I think they are cheaper at Wal-Mart. You don't have to pay shipping and you can read the expiration date prior to purchasing.
