So my fasting BS #s were always a little higher than I would have liked (in the 120 range some days) even though I was doing a protein snack before bed. Now, I take 500 mg. of Metformin twice a day, and previously I was taking one before lunch and one at dinner time. So I switched the dinner time dose and now take it at around 10:00 PM - I've been doing this for about 2 weeks now and Voila! My fasting #s are now below 100 every morning! WOOHOO!!!!!
