Today I am feeling really stressed about school and I've noticed that my blood is extremely high compared to normally. What should I do?

Know that your own health comes before worrying about anything else. My body does the same thing. Back of for awhile to play a video game or do something that you really love to do that gets your mind away from school.

Stress will get you every time. Finding ways to reduce it can vary from exercise, doing something mindless, and like DeanaG said....breathe. I use that method a lot. I walk away from things and do some deep breathing exercise. Breathe in through your nose, deep to the count of 5. Hold your breath for the count of 5 and then exhale through your mouth. Repeat until you feel you have some calm returned to your situation.

As a mental thing I do when I breathe is breathe in good thoughts, happy thoughts. Hold those and smile. Then as I exhale, I blow out all my worries or stressful thoughts. It helps me, maybe it will help you too.

Take a deep breath and find a way to release the stress. I know it is tough, but find some way to deal with the stress. Stress will elevate your blood sugar, not to mention your blood pressure.
Take a walk, run, jog, go work out or just take a bubble bath. Whatever works to help you get rid of the stress you are feeling. Good luck and remember you are not in this battle alone. ;-)
