I get this fear after I have a really hard work out and I feel like my body might be too exhausted to wake me up. Are you always scared, or only sometimes? When I get like this I tell who ever I'm with to either check my blood sugar in the middle of the night, or to wake me up so I can check my blood sugar to make sure I am okay. Typically it's my best friend, roommate, or boyfriend. If nobody is with you you can ask someone to call you at a certain time in order to wake you up.

Talk to your dr to see if it is due to medications or just anxiety. The dr will be able to help youu, but you must be honset when talking with him.

I would seek professional help to determine the cause of your fear. This is stressfull and stress is not good for you.
