Hi all, diabetes is new to me. I'm on day 5 of insulin. My dr just upped my insulin yesterday because I have been remaining high. I am 5'7 and 125lbs. This has been my normal weight for years. I have put on 4lbs this week and they said it was normal because of the water weight coming back. I have always been healthy. I work out 4x a week and eat very healthy. I am getting married in march and I am nervous I will keep gaining weight. Does anyone have any information, diet plans or any stories of how you lost weight with type 1? Thanks so much!
