I usually have my meter and novolog and some glucose tablets. Since my surgery well a tad before I have not had to use much novolog at all…so in a month or it should change to just my meter and glucose tablets. When I swim my sugar goes low…glucose tablets are a must

I use a cigarette case for my meter, sugar free mints and a couple of glucose tablets, not that I ever have low blood sugar. Food? Most of the time I keep a granola bar or something.

My kit contains my meter, packets of crystal light, candy extra metformin and Tylenol. In a baggie I add cheese, crackers, yogurt or fruit. I keep this in the fridge and just drop it in the kit if I am going somewhere.
