morning meal

I have trouble finding different things to eat in the morning. I normally eat cereal which is all carbs. Then theres eggs but i can't eat those all the time. Can anyone give me some suggestions?

Turkey bacon half of a bagel with cream cheese and a fruit.
Egg whites scrambled Turkey links fruit
small pancakes about 3 with sugar free syrup protein of your choice and a fruit
Cottage cheese with pineapple and a toast and hard boiled egg

I love cottage cheese and fruit, grilled cheese on wheat toast, peanut butter graham cracker with milk. This time of year I love oatmeal with blueberries, now that is yumm!

I have been eating more cottage cheese and fruit which someone suggested.I have always eaten oatmeal with cinnimom and raisins. I also like peanut butter but i havent been eating much.

Yes i love cottage cheese with fruit so i will include that in my diet. I all ready eat oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins. Thank you for your help.

I like raps low carb ones if I dont eat I get sick so I mix it up some times its what was for dinner the last night lol

Yes wraps are a good thing to try. I think I will make them with eggs and some meat and maybe some veggie sanwiches.

Weekdays I’m usually desk-bound, so it’s a piece of fruit and some nuts, then snack my way to lunch.
Weekends it’s 2 eggs any way I can make them, with some form of protein (scrambled with a bratwurst and covered in a little salsa is my fav), and bread on only one of the two weekend days.

I eat the fruit and nuts but not usually in the morning. But I will try adding more now. Also I do eat eggs somtimes that and a little fruit make a good meal. Thank-you for the advice

Hi :) I pretty much eat the same thing every morning, but I love it, it satisfies me and keeps me full until lunch - and it's low, low carb and keeps my BS stable: I eat eggbeaters with Guacomole or salsa (YUM!), 5 slices of turkey bacon, and a V8. If I go out to a diner or something, I order an eggbeaters omelot with onions, tomatoe, and ham with canadian bacon. I guess if I felt like I needed variety, I would switch it up, but this has been my breakfast for quite a while now, and I really love it! :)

unfortunately I have gerd and cant't eat most of those things but Thank-you for the advice.
