I have 4 grades that I teach and I have to change classes to do so( I go to them instead of them coming to me). My question to the DC family is this; is there a trail mix or vitamin I can take that will help my energy levels. I am so exhausted by 12noon and my kids can tell. When 3pm comes I run home and I MUST take a nap and have a real dinner or else I can't function. So does anyone have any ideas that work for them? BTW, the moving around so much has helped. I slipped into an old pair of capris without holding my breath.
