I had attended Diabetic classes about 6 years ago in Salem, Oregon. In the reading material they provided a page that had a Place Mat on one side and on the other was a nutritional guide that was awesome. In the guide you would marke how many portions you should use according to your weight, height, blood sugar panel AC1. It was idiot proof. I loved it.
The informational guide would show how much each item was in protien, carbs etc. Example 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup wheat cereal, 1/2 apple.

Can anyone help me with this resource material. I would like to find it on the internet, but I dont know the propper address to find it so I can print it out.
Thank you all and good luck.

I have that patty but it is on a chart and it is too large for me to scan for you. I got it at a Diabetes Health Fair in a packet of information. I will go through my magazines and try to find out if there is one in them. If so I will scan it and send it to you. I will friend you so I can find you.
