I keep eating, and still hungry!

Today, I just can't seem to get satisfied reguarding my diet. I ate breakfast, at 7 a.m…Two hours later I ate because I felt like I was starving! Than I ate lunch at a friends house. When I got home, I was starving again! Weird, usually I am good with two meals. Now I am hungry agaiin!

I think so, and agree on all three answers. THere's allot going on right now, could be a factor. I have felt some blues, but not bad. Just don't like eating to much when I am trying to exercise to. I have been good so far, with my diet today. Not starving feeling anyway!

Maybe two meals are really not enough. I have always heard smaller and more frequent meals are best. 3 small meals and 3 snacks and certainly good to help regulate our blood sugar and prevent binge eating. I would not worry if you are eating more than two meals or two hours later. thats pretty normal. Get enough protein though its stays with you longer.

Maybe with all you have going on, it is bordom/depression kicking in. You know, eating to be busy, or get away from it for awhile. If you have eaten and it isn't time for the next meal, eat a small snack, or make yourself busy to get your mind off of your belly:) That is what I do as well as drink plenty of liquids.
