Hi! I have been reading your messages and recipes. First the recipes look so wonderful. But some of them have sugars etc. Also I'm to only have 30 to 45 carbs. Is that what most are to have? Right now my blood surar is 232. I had white rice 1/2cup/ spam 1oz/ peas 1/2 cup /1 cup milk also a tomatoe small. this all totaled 47 carbs. I have been trying to follow the chart given to me by the dieation. I have not been able to get my sugars down but once it was 130.
I want to talk about how my other medical problems will affect my diabetis when would that be ok to do.
