Right now, I am enjoying baby carrots (raw and in relative moderation ;)), mini dill pickles, mixed nuts, fruit (favs are berries, nectarines, plums, grapes, red grapefruit in water (no sugar added), slices of roast beef, peanut butter on a whole grain rice cake.
I would love to hear what others enjoy in the hopes of broadening my spectrum of good, low carb snacks so that I can avoid boredom! :)
