Feel a little weak this morning… I hate this feeling. Checked my bs,119. I'm not hungry, I don't feel like eating but I have to because I need to take my meds…I didn't feel any of these before being diagnosed.

This will happen from time to time. You know, if by chance your bg numbers have been running high for awhile, when they finally drop down this can make you feel this way. The body was used to working with higher bg and when it's in the normal range it's like it's confused:) Take a nap and you'll feel better.

Hi Genniedevera, jayabee is right… you may have had the issues, but were not aware like you are now. I have the hypoglycemic issues & did not even know what the feelings were caused from until diagnosed with pre-d & started to do research on the whole scenario…

Best wishes!!

Gennie, perhaps you did feel these symptoms before your Dx, but you weren't clued into your body and the interaction between your body and its needs and your emotions which may not be in synch with what your real bodily needs are.

I am aware of the gap between what my emotions want to do and what my body needs to do to maintain my health better.

Gennie, I am sorry you are not feeling well today. Maybe if you eat 1 slice of toast or saltine crackers that may help your tummy feel better. It works for me. I hope youvfeel better soon and have a nice saturday. Hugs to you. CJ \U+127803
