Ok so I got this clinical trial I'm trying to get in and they told me to fast for 9 hours. I always get high bs readings in the morning but this time I get up and check its a lil high. I take my shot drive an hour and test before I walk in… I went up a hundred points! Left over from my liver or what? Is this happening to you and also gotta say I'm embarrassed… When they check they are gonna think I'm a wreck…

Not sure what the clinical study is for, but I would certainly discuss it with whomever it is that you are meeting with in case it affects the study results.

Stress (of the drive and the pending test) could be the culprit. Stress increases our adrenaline production which, in turn, raises the BGs.
