Hello everyone,
Having problems with my right knee. It feels swollen but doesn't look swollen. Slightly uncomfortable to bend it. Have i done something while working out? I've tried hot and cold treatment for the past 3 days. Is it water retention, fluid, sprained or what? Took ibuprofen, helped a little but this is day 4. Time for a doctor visit? Suggestions? Ideas? Comments? By the way, blood sugar levels are all in normal range.

Please Alesiafae, get it checked out. My g/f has lymphadema and needs to have a Occupational Therapist specializing in lymph problems work on her 2 days a week. I pray it is nothing like that, but get it checked out and if it is something like that, it would be better to deal with it sooner rather than later when the problem may be more severe.

I pray it is nothing, but I would recommend you be safe.

James

I figured it was just overexertion of the muscles from working out.

Sue had had it before and said this time that all she did was exercise a little bit and it came back. I pray that this is not the lymphedema you are having. For a while there Sue's legs looked like they were about to crack open. I beileve she will need to be concerned about this for the rest of her life, and I'll need to help her putting her "Ted hose" on her legs.

Between her burn care (3rd degree burns needing a graft) and the lymph problems she has her hands full.
