Amazing !! That is a lot of athletes with Diabetes. It makes you stop and think what one can do even with a debilitating disease. Many celebraties have Diabetes as well. I cannot think of whom right now, but it was in my Diabetic Living magazine. I was shocked when I read a few of their names. I think one person was Halle Berry. Everyone was thin, I do remember that much. Thanks for sharing. Have a wonderful Friday. CJ. :-)

Wonder when they contracted diabetes? Also wonder how the effect of slowing down after being a pro effects the development of the disease?

I saw that. This proves that diabetes does not have to be debilitating for anyone willing to want to achieve to be their best.
