Hey Claudia,

We deal with a serious illness that never goes to sleep, so I try very hard to keep things lighter in my life. I don't have time to be petty over a couple of words someone might have misspoken or a post that rubs me wrong. I have to get past that stuff because I have enough to stress me out without adding to it on my own. LOL...and that is usally what it is, self induced.

There are times when I cannot hold myself in, and see where something is going terribly wrong. Then I have to say something, but I learned not to keep beating a dead horse over it. I make my point and move on. If my point is missed, oh well...at least my conscience is clear, and really, that is all that matters.

The nice thing about the internet, if something or someone is stressing you out too much...you can just walk away. Don't read the post, skip right over it and no one will know but you.

Given the things you face on a daily basis, I would not worry too much about things where you have no control. You just keep doing what you do and move on thru. Maybe if you spend some time one on one with some of your friends here, you will feel better.

I started something new in your "laugh out loud" discussion, go check it out. Then you know you don't have to take it all so seriously. LOL.
