Hey, I'm traveling in a week to a place with a 6 hour time difference and I have no idea how to change the timing of my levimir. Since I get it in the morning and evening, it would be like, 2 am and 2pm there and I really don't want to do that, especially as I don't know if I'll have access to it at 2 in the afternoon…any thoughts?

I'm with Graylin. You will be changing your body clock, you'll need to change the meds with it. I don't think the time you take it is important, as long as it is in your system consitently. We go through this often when we travel.

Just an uneducated quess on my part, but could you start now by adjusting the times? Move it either up or back by an hour each day so that you will have it adjusted by the time you trvel to a better of dy when you would have access? Perhaps you could ask your Dr. for a better suggestion.
