Mad and frustrated is my mood right now!

I found out why Medco pharmacy had sent the perscriptions back. To make a long story short, my husband paid for half of what they all ready sent. Still waiting for my other medications. I don't know what he was thinking. I will talk to him again about going back to Walmart. But I still don't see the reasoning as to why, the company is sending us back the perscriptions. Then they said for us to resend it back to them. So retared! I am sorry, I got angry with them especially when she asked if there was anything she can do for me today! I said, "NO…thank you, you've done enought!" I hung up on her. Well, after my little tift, I need to write them an email and apolojize to them for being rude. They were helpful in sending me the metformin. It's still annoying though!

I've had my issues with Medco (see discussion "Medco makes my blood boil!") and they have, on occasion, made me VERY angry…they do make mistakes but it takes a special tenacity and persistence to get them to correct their mistakes sometimes…too bad we must be subjected to this. (I used to use Walmart for my generic RX's because I could get them more cheaply there than through Medco…but Walmart's ineptitude and long waits at mis-filling renewals made me change to another pharmacy for the generics.)

My wife and I both use Medco and the only problems we have is when the doctor takes his time submitting the perscription.

I'm sorry I lost you? Are you saying that they cancelled your order because your husband didn't pay the full amount required? Did they send back the written prescriptions and are saying to send them back and they will fill them? I can see why the order would be cancelled if full payment wasn't received, but they should have called or email you as soon as they did.

What's done is done, let it pass into nothingness!
Time to map out a plan and move forward, dwelling on the past keeps it alive in the present, and that is not good for anyone.

Thanks, I will do that. It not actually that easy to blow it off. Though I know what you are saying.
