As you guessed from the title. This will be the final week. Summer time is a busy season for everyone, family to see and and places to go. I have enjoyed reading the support that everyone has given each other on the quest to be healthier. It has been an inspiration to me and I know it has for those who watch the discussion every week.

If anyone would like to pick-up the torch, please do and I will support you completely. It has been a blast.

Set, I KNOW that I sweated a couple pounds off this week lol. I am going to try them on again next month. I have a few more days this month to slip in some workouts. I have C&C Music Factory and LL Cool J and Vince Gill for my music. By the time I finish all three twice, I have at least 15-20 minutes under my belt. Now if only the heat would …just…go…away, lol

just wait a few months —- the heat WILL go away and we'll be grousing about the cold.

I can only speak for me..but since the hot flashes came..I welcome the cold. I save a ton on my heating bill.

i am exactly the opposite. If it is below 80 f I frequently get the shivers. In Las Vegas I rarely if ever turn on the AC, even in the 100 f heat.

6 hours of yard work!
I am tired, no make that exhausted!!
On the plus side my yards look great and I drank
48 oz of water while I was doing it, which is really good for me. I don't normally drink very much water. ;-)

I used one of those HUGE rubberbands to do leg stretch. I thought it would snap back and pop me in the booty or worst, the face but it didn't. It provided resistance and my legs really got a work out. wow.
