In healthy people, insulin is produced by the pancreas to regulate blood sugar, but people with diabetes do not have enough insulin or have an insulin resistance.

Very interesting article. I've tried most of these. Some of them work, some don't. I beleive it is how each person's body reacts to the stimuli . For if one thing works for me, it may not work for you.
