I wasn't sure about starting a new week. It's hot and people are on vacation. Life goes on and waits for no calories busting activities.:-). Then I saw some very supportive words from a DC member and BAM!! I am inspired for one more week. It's hot people, we're tired and sweating in places that only our doctors know about. Aching in places that we forgot we had. LOL. So let's sweat for a purpose. Let's swim, treadmill, arm lift, Tae Chai, Tae Bo, Zumba and just walking to the mailbox like never before. Let those BG numbers know we are not to be mess with regardless of the heat. With water in one hand and towel in the other, for 5 or 50 mins. Let's Do This!!!!!!
