Hi everyone, do you guys take a multivitamin? If so, what kind? Is there anything I should watch for? Clashes with medicine or anything like that?

Vitamins should be tailored to your individual needs.
It's best to try to get your vitamin and mineral needs from natural sources first (fruits, vegetables, dairy products, fish and meats) then add a vitamin-mineral supplement if necessary.

Your doctor can give you a blood test to see which vitamins or minerals are lacking in your diet and make recommendations to supplement them.

A OTC product can't hurt either!

OTC = "Over The Counter" medication or vitamins

I take a daily men's health multivitamin. I started my diet to lose weight and couldn't get enough food in me to keep my levels up. It was intended to be temporary, but now it's a battle between eating to keep my BG numbers good or eating to get all the vitamins I need.

Because I don't like taking any more pills than I need (protecting my kidneys) I
take Vitamineral Green by HealthForce Nutritionals.
