HI just letting you all know what I use for a log book I bought the smallest spiral notebook at the dollar store I could find most of the time they are like 2 for a buck or so on write the date on each line and your readings my book has over 200 pages and has lasted for over a year when I go to the dr just grab the one book with the past many months in it instead of a bunch of books that only hold a month this will hold a years worth.

Good idea about the spiral notebooks. Did you know you can get logs for free from the maker of your meter? I had to call accuchek for something else they offered them. Never one to turn down something for free!!

When I got my last meter, I signed up for a program that sends them about every 3 months. FREE. My meter was an Accu Check Aviva.
