For the past couple of weeks I have been have pain in my left side. I had several blood and urine tests and physical exams all are normal except i do have a small hernia which the doctors said that it should not be causing the pain. My question is with the blood and urine tests coming back normal could i have kidney stones? I have been running a fever, throwing up, feeling sick in the stomach and the pain runs from behind my ribs down my lower back and my left leg and testicle and a burning feeling all the time in my private area. Could this be neuropathy?

Harry, that doesn't sound like any neuropathy I've heard of. Kidney stones however, if they are large and you start to pass them give you symptoms like extreme pain in your back or side that won't go away, vomiting, blood in your urine, and fever and chills as you describe.
Having had a few hernias in my time, there is the risk of "strangulation" that feels a lot like that too. Get back to the doctor I'd say.
