We all hate diabetes, but we know that we have to learn to live with it, and keep everything going, or it could be a lot worse than what it is. A lot of people fine it hard to accept, but the sonner you accept and follow the things that we must eat, and changes we have to make is worth it, I love life and living and love being with my family. On top of havingt diabetes I have to deal with my husband rate blood disease and learning what we have to for it, in order for him to stay healthy. So I stay busy with the two diseases but have managed to deal with both, my ALC was 6.1, I try very hard to follow my diet and get the exercise that I need. I hope that you change and accept the fact that you have it and have to control it.l I will keep you in my Prays. I would like to be your friendl

We all have days were we just fill overwhelmed. All we can do is follow the recommended approach to control the diabetes and make adjustments along the way. It's a way of our life and we are the one's who have to take as much control as possible in order to live a happy and healthiest life. Venting is good, it helps gets the stress out!

It's a tradeoff!

I hate having diabetes but I love life and living, so…I attack it when necessary and realize that we are lifelong roommates in this body, we can keep it clean and tidy, or messy and dirty, when diabetes messes up, I must clean up.
Feel free to vent whenever you feel it is necessary, I'm listening!

Go ahead and vent Barb, my friend! Vent, kvetch, gripe, piss n moan beyotch to your heart's content. That is part of why DC is here!

Is there anything in particular which brought this to the point you had to vent? To ask another way: What is bugging you my friend?
