Not sure what you were doing to lose the weight before or what kind of personal situation you were in, where you happy? I would suggest you ask yourself if you are in a good relationship, if not fix it, how is your career is it what you want to be doing or where you want to be at, if not try and fix it or go to school and train for what you do want, their are grants to do it. Is there anything that is depressing you or stressing you besides the weight gain, if so make a plan to get it under control even if it is done in small steps, as long as you are taking control you will feel better. When you feel good, then it is easier to have a clear head and achieve your goal. It is what helps you to succeed.

Then make a meal plan to help guide you. What you want to eat and find recipes so you don't get bored and practice portion control. Try eating six small meals a day so as to not get hungry, this help keep the junk food away:) Keep good snacks/food in the house so you don't give in to quick temptations. But, remember don't deprive yourself by saying I can't have, you can just not all the time and in small portions. Keep a food journal it does help.

Add exercise ( daily if possible) that will get the heart pumping so you burn calories. Dance, swim, walk, bike ride, run, video's, sports, gardenin,g etc.. Doing this with a friend/friends really helps alot as you lean on each other, but if not you can still make it work, we are here to talk to. Now, I believe you know all this and just need a reminder to get the motivation started. So, start working on the new you and keep us updated on how it's going. I believe in you!!! Hugs

We all go through that, it is normal. Even the best possible jobs have trying moments. That stress can cause us to slack on exercising, eating right and just enjoying life, not to mention what it does to us diabetics especially.

Such a young and beautiful woman not to be worry free. Like I said before, if you need any help just know there are a whole lot of us here for you:)

How did you lose what weight you lost previously? Going back to that method would be a good first step.
