This article is about hamburgers, but many of the topping ideas are worth considering for your next patty or piece of steak or chicken on the grill. All are under 100 calories. Most are reasonable carbohydrate choices. They all sound tasty and some are really different.
I follow a gluten free diet because of gluten intolerance, so I'd skip the bun and have a patty with toppings, but that's my adaptation for good health. You would, of course, have to adapt to your own diet plan.
