I believe you can "fix" your body if you can settle for managing your condition, but not returning to how you were before. I would like to return to how I was before this Diagnosis, but unfortunately I have not found a way to reset my health condition to the way it was before,

I seem to remember having written you about this book in inbox messages.

You really can do much the same as Ripich's book with a Low carbohydrate /high protein meal plan such as I describe in the discussion here ~ http://www.diabeticconnect.com/discussions/14... So you really needen't have ordered the book. Because as locarbie wrote below: "there is a lot of good information, but nothing really you can not pick up elsewhere, here for instance!". So if you are "stuck" with the book, read it and follow its recommendations and let us know how it works for you.

If your diabetes does not respond to what he suggests in the book then look elsewhere on DC and be ready to experement.

I pray you find improvement in your health!

I bought the book "The 30 day diabetes cure" by Dr. Stephan Ripcich shortly after I was diagnosed in 2010. There is really nothing misleading, there is a lot of good information, but nothing really you can not pick up elsewhere, here for instance! The thing I really disliked is the fact that once you sign up for the book and download your freebies…you continue to recieve the MOST ANNOYING e-mails from the company. These are attempts to try to get you to make purchases for more products. The annoying part is that they are not upfront about it…they hook you with a sensational statement that piques your interest. Then you are forced to watch a long video that takes forever to get to the point. Good luck

unfortunately then you'll also have to notify everyone on your contacts list about the change. That would be a real pain for me!

Easier to just delete those or even click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email.

this comes up every now and then. Here's a thread from the last time

Any information you can get on controlling diabetes is good, but ultimately you're going to need to experiment with what works best for you. While there is no "cure", I can tell you it can be reversed in many cases if you're disciplined enough.
