Here's a tip I read in the Spring issue of "Diabetic Living" magazine. Now, I'm already a fan of plain Greek yogurt but I know a lot of people prefer their yogurt flavored. Here's a way to have it flavored without adding any extra carbs: Mix a little sugar-free flavored gelatin powder into your plain yogurt…choosing your favorite flavor. This tip was sent in to Diabetic Living by Pam Bentley who is a type 2 from Indiana. Now why didn't I think of this? I just can't wait to try it out!
