I everyone! Good Morning! I made it first priority to start the day out with exercising today. I did a 20 minute low impact aerobics with Dineese Austine. Then I did one that I found on You Tube, a Zumba workout, that one was called, Gigi Zumba work out. Just type that in and it will come up. It's medium paced, but you will sweat. It 45 minutes long, there is no cool down. You stop about 5 minutes at the end! It's really fun and energentic. If I can do, than you can try. Its something for everyone. I am just saying what I did today. It makes you feel good at the end. Don't do it if you cannot. This is just me telling you that I did it today!
