Handy and practical info. This is somehting that should be included in any school program also.
Funny, slide 15 (measuring with your hand) - my wife still can't figure out why she has dozens of measuring spoons dirty when she cooks and I have none.

Yes, it's quite basic information that many people on the site keep mentioning that they don't know — both the carbohydrate counting process and the estimating of portion size. :)

Interesting article. The marketing of the magazine is quite agressive, and for the first 3 or 4 slides I kept getting popups from the Diabeticlivingonline on this machine, so that was a little irritating. But the information was worth the hassle.

Maybe you need to change your settings for Pop-ups. I can go through all 16 slides without anything obstructing the material. The 17th is an advertisement for the magazine, but it is the last slide in the show.

The computer I am on is not my computer so I can't change settings. (shared computer in an apt complex)

when I logged into the site the popups stopped.
