I wanted to share with you all, that I am 10 lbs lighter then I was, this time last month! I feel lighter all ready! Its through exercises, walking, aerobics and kick boxing! I exercise about an hour and 1/2 a day. With maybe resting on my husband's days off. Because I don't like exercising in front of him. I either go walking or do my floor exercises. I feel better, but have along ways to go! Just happy its able to come off! My blood sugar is staying below 200! That is good, for me!

Talk about the kick boxing. Is it a DVD? Can you do the whole session? Or part of it. I would love to do it but feel I could never keep up! I am interested in what your experience is with that. Most aerobic tapes are so fast moving too that of course you get in shape. You have to be in shape to do it in the first place. I am proud of you and would love to hear more! I need to follow your example!

Congratulations! What great progress. Wish I could discipline myself to exercise more…it's a key in controlling/managing this disease we share!

Yeah! That is fabulous!!! I wear a FitBit. You can get one at an AT&T store, Best Buy or on-line. It tracks your steps, calories burned, stairs, etc and when you log on line it will show your weight loss progress, etc.

that is why I added it. So many new folks here and many are not aware that they can do something like this.

I will have to get one of those tracks, to. I keep it up also by using, the website, Exercise.com. Though I follow it mostly to log my diabeties and is great for calory logs also. I cannot do most of the exercises on there. Its good though.

Great job. If you can, invest in a Nike Fuel arm band. It tracks calories burned, your steps, etc… and you register it online. Im using the Apple Nano and NikeID in my shoe to track steps and calories burned. It helps motivate myself. I've lost about 12 lbs since April as well. Im proud of you because I know how hard it is to loose. I quit smoking 2 years ago, but loosing weight is harder to me than quitting smoking.

Congratulations on the weight loss! It isn't easy to make changes in one's life, especially when it comes to the foods we love to eat and exercising. But you have decided to do it and it will show as long as you keep it up:) When you get stressed, a workout or walk will do wonders.
