I wanted to share with you all, that I am 10 lbs lighter then I was, this time last month! I feel lighter all ready! Its through exercises, walking, aerobics and kick boxing! I exercise about an hour and 1/2 a day. With maybe resting on my husband's days off. Because I don't like exercising in front of him. I either go walking or do my floor exercises. I feel better, but have along ways to go! Just happy its able to come off! My blood sugar is staying below 200! That is good, for me!
