I had a co-worker recommend a device to me called FitBit. I am now eager to exercise, eat right, track my food, and glucose levels. You can do more with it. I am eager because it is an electronic pedometer. You have a dashboard of how you complete each day. You can see your progress on run charts.
I even climbed 11 floors one day. I did it with outside and inside stairs.
It is great find!
