Hi was wondering if people could give me insight on how they are able to prevent the onset of diabetes. My friend has prediabetes and I wanted to give him sound advice. He has started to diet properly and exercise a lot more. I have been pretty much sitting next to him every meal to help him out recently.
I was researching a lot and found some information from a doctor on healthtap that said that exercise and diet are the main ways (bit.ly/KUgfHh).
Does anyone else have any experience on how prevent diabetes? And if you were able to prevent it what steps did you take to prevent is relapse and what are the chances of relapse.
