Hi All: You haven't heard from me lately, but I am still here. Does anyone find that they have a lot of ups and downs with their sugar readings. I take Januvia, and just can't seem to be able to regulate my sugars. I am finding lately, that when it goes high, I am just so tired and worn out. Does anyone else feel this way. Thanks for reading this.

I often call Diabetes the roller coaster of the amusement park of life. There are mad swings that get our hearts pumping. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to get things to calm down or even out. The thing is that every day we eat something different or we do something different or a new stress pops into our lives. There are so many factors in it.

One thing that can help is keeping a journal. That way you can try to eat at the same times, keep your carb counts consistent, include your exercise and see how things work and find patterns.
