I have type 2 diabetes. I have neuropathy and my eye sight is affected by it. It is not easy for me to read or write on the board. I had diabetes I believe a long time before I knew I had it. My eyes were going bad. My eye doctor told me to go to my medical doctor. Any way I have not done very good at controlling my blood sugar. I am finally ready to do better. Thank you all for listening. Haven't had any one to talk to.

You will get lots of information here, just ask! If you don't feel like asking yet, then check out the videos as well as the other links in the left hand side of the site. You can also scroll through the discussions to see if one is of interest to you and read the replies.

Howdy TashaBella! WELCOME to DiabeticConnect!

I am wondering what you do to try to manage your diabetes ("DM")?

Do you have any specific questions to ask about the management of DM? Here, IMHO, the only "foolish" or "stupid" question is a HONEST question which is NOT ASKED!

Blessings to you and yours

I haven't been doing much of anything. I have had a big problem giving up all the bad things for me to eat. I have finally decided to do some things for me. Right now I do't have a question. I have been printing of information and setting up a notebook for me.
