Anyone else have this problem? I've got it along with vision problems and Neuropathy and it is by far the worst complication I've had so far. I mean yeah it doesn't affect my physical health in any negative way but it sure makes you feel like you're not a man. Anyway I've been like this since I was 22 and am looking for treatment options. My doctor told me I was pretty much SOL.

The mayo clinic states that sudafed can cause the problem. Please seek the opinion of a urologist.

i talked with doctor , he say this problem doesn't affect your sexual life ! and if you want child you need to make in-vitro fertilization with intracytoplasmic sperm injection . so thats it ? its the end ?

Well I'd disagree with him on saying that it doesn't affect my sexual life. I figured I'd have to go the IVF route, but there's just no fun in that.

I had heard for a while about retrograde ejaculation (RE) but in the cases I'd heard of it RE was a good thing and much desired as the fellas who did have RE wanted to limit their fertility and not get their partners pregnant. And they didn't have to wear a prophylactic condom. Quite frankly I was unaware that RE could be a complication of Diabetes Mellitus (DM)

Don't know how old you are now, but I can see the problem if you are of an age and place in life where you desire to have children with your wife (or S.O.). I looked it up on google and there is a multi page Mayo Clinic article on this here ~

Also I heard taking 4-6 Sudafed 6 hours before sex and then another 4-6 an hour before helps a lot of people with the problem. I'm all for trying that but is it even safe to take that many? Also that's kind of hard to do since it's harder to buy Sudafed anymore. I think 8-12 a day would put you easily over the legal limit of what they let you buy.

The information on the Mayo site indicates that sudafed can cause the condition, so wouldn't be a good choice to cure it. Check the site for some treatment and diagnostic options.

It also isn't healthy to take that many Sudafeds. Have you been to a urologist for this? I'm also guessing you got a second opinion?

Nah haven't seen a urologist yet. Since it's not life threatening and I don't have health insurance at the moment I don't really want to spend the money.
