Hi any one using it's great to keep track of your food and exercise. The food part is great because you can keep track of your sugar intake very handy tool. You can see how much sugar you are taking in along with sodium or up to 5 componets does not take long to be over your sugar limit so'it's a great reminder too pick good food. I found if you put in afst food item and it breaks it down for you in black and white that it will change the way you eat ! Enjoy have a great day Love the people on here . Hella Kool !

I was using the tracker on Spark People but it does not track sugar. Someone suggested My Fitness Pal and I have been tracking there ever since. It sure is amazing all the hidden sugar in things you eat especially when you eat out.
Another plus for me is that I wear Fit Bit and the data syncs between both sites.

I use the site to track my food intake- You can also put in your own food items and save the meals. The iPhone app is pretty slick too. I really like the scanner so I can quickly add packaged items.

Although you can track exercises on MFP I actually prefer to use a different site dedicated for that.

Oh and it is the only site I found that will actually help you track calories if you are trying to Gain weight. I know not as many people are trying to do that but I really enjoyed seeing that option.

I am! Find me at Purse_lady. I love MFP! It makes calorie and carb counting so easy. I especially love that I input my own recipes and it'll give me calorie and carb counts.
