Hi any one using Myfitnesspal.com it's great to keep track of your food and exercise. The food part is great because you can keep track of your sugar intake very handy tool. You can see how much sugar you are taking in along with sodium or up to 5 componets does not take long to be over your sugar limit so'it's a great reminder too pick good food. I found if you put in afst food item and it breaks it down for you in black and white that it will change the way you eat ! Enjoy have a great day Love the people on here . Hella Kool !
