I am losing a lot of body mass. My legs are getting thin. My arms and neck are flabby. I would like to know what to do to get more mass. I use to weight 197 now I weight 176. I'm 56 yrs old is help for me?

Hey junbug,
If you mean “fill out” the areas your weight loss left, then yes as James suggests you may need to up the exercises, but that also means you’ll have to keep doing them. Unfortunately, when we reach a certain age, our skin just doesn’t stretch back into place after weight loss like it may have in our 20’s and 30’s. Especially someone like me who’s been overweight his entire life. Sorry, but like me you may be stuck with the skin you’re in.
