Is this a good deink for Diabetic's? This has become my favorite drink.

Diet drinks* have aspartame which is really not good for the body… you can make your own sweetened with honey.. ginseng is used as treatment for diabetic in asian countries but doesnt pare with blood pressure.. i suggest use sparingly. you can buy them in most asian market and it looks like a ginger..

As I told moonie below we all have unique metabolic reactions to the same substances, so what one person's reaction is may not be another's

since each Person with diabetes' (PWD) metabolic reaction to something like that is highly unique, the testing would tell you only for your own unique metabloic reaction. It wouldn't give a generalized rule for all PWDs.

So true!!
There are several things that I hear other PWDs saying they can't eat because it spikes their BG, but doesn't effect mine.
Diabetes is a very individualized disease.
