Well I ended up eating oat meal everymorning some times with a banana no sugar and some margarin.
Other mornings just a piece of toast but thats rare. Juice with twice the amount of water so it's not so sweet. Yeah plain but true and keeps me going till lunch a real big deal. On my days off I might cook up some eggs and sausage. The type of sausage that has little fat (not breakfast type). Choosing this type of breakfast has helped me so much. I feel better.How about you any new breakfast idears?
