I'm confused. Do you need one cup total of the soy protein isolate OR one cup total of the soy flour OR 1/2 cup of each of them? It says 1/2 of each, but the instructions aren't clear. Can anyone help me out here?

Howdy Itsy

The recipe is here ~

When I looked at the recipe the soy flour and the soy protein isolate were each behind their own "bullet point" in the list of ingredients so the way I understand it is ½ c of the soy protein isolate, and ½ c of the soy flour.

I pray this clears up your confusion.

Blessings to you and yours

Thanks! That's how it looked to me, but I wasn't sure. Have you made these?

sorry I have not. I don't use soy products personally as they have an estrogen - like hormone and I have enough problems with my testerone levels. So I avoid soy products almost entirely.

It's too bad it has that problem since it would really reduce the carbs. Oh well, no sense taking a chance. Hormones can do really nasty things.
