Medication & Health Tracking Tools?

I used to only take pills when I was sick, but these days (in my mid-50s) I'm up to 4 pills a day sometimes more with supplements. My doctor has finally convinced me that I'm not as young as I used to be and I have to get better about managing my health. I'm an analyst by trade. I like to have numbers for everything. I like charts. Are there any tools to collect and track data about my medications and how they impact my health? Basically, something that lets me track that I took my drug, and then the metrics associated with its success or failure.

Howdy Terry! WELCOME to DiabeticConnect! Glad you're here.

It kinda depends on what you want Terry. If you want spreadsheets to record your Blood Glucose (BG) numbers you may find that here ~ and here ~

For food logs see here ~

or here ~

You might also want to check out Livestrong here ~ or spark people here ~

i am sure there are others, but these will do for now.
