I used to only take pills when I was sick, but these days (in my mid-50s) I'm up to 4 pills a day sometimes more with supplements. My doctor has finally convinced me that I'm not as young as I used to be and I have to get better about managing my health. I'm an analyst by trade. I like to have numbers for everything. I like charts. Are there any tools to collect and track data about my medications and how they impact my health? Basically, something that lets me track that I took my drug, and then the metrics associated with its success or failure.
